Very happy with the results I got from laser here! Everyone at R&J is great and they make sure you are well taken care of. I have a pretty varied skin tone that goes from pretty light to fairly dark and they made sure to tailor the settings with the machine to maximize my results and minimize the pain. I’m really glad I chose to come here and highly recommend it.

The staff members are professional, quick in pace, attentive to detail and accommodating. Technicians’ extensive knowledge is evident in overall meticulous approach & ensuring not only optimal results but also a deep understanding of her patients' needs. After extensive research, I’m so grateful to have discovered Romeo & Juliette in my twenties. I started with underarm treatments, and the results were so impressive that I decided to try their bikini area service as well. Now, 20 years later, I haven’t needed to shave or wax once, and I can honestly say that you won’t find a more professional center. The clinic uses state-of-the-art lasers, and their customer service is second to none. Most recently, I returned to discuss another area of concern and was amazed to be greeted by the manager, Ulia. She looked exactly the same as she did when I first visited, and it was a comforting reminder of the consistency and excellence this center stands for. Romeo & Juliette truly delivers on their promise of unmatched results and superior customer care. I can’t recommend them enough!

I would not go anywhere else in the city for laser hair removal. Everyone there is extremely helpful, patient in explaining the whole process and answering questions. The space is always very clean and they are cooperative when it comes to scheduling. Truly 10/10!

A 5-Star Rating is not high enough! I just completed the last of my twelve visits, and the results are simply perfect. The hairless skin is smoother, more youthful, and more rejuvenated than it's ever been. Olivia was my technician for each session. She is truly the Rembrandt of laser hair removal. With her artist's eye for detail, expertise, and steady hands, she couldn't have done a better job. R & J is a beautiful and spotlessly clean facility with a first-rate staff. When I met the manager, Julia, I knew business would be run with great professionalism, and with her kindness and hospitality, she made me feel welcome every time I was there. If I ever need laser hair removal again, I won't hesitate to return to R & J!

I could not recommend Romeo & Juliette enough! I'm often in a bathing suit and always dreamed of not having to wax or deal with razor burn, but had heard horror stories about laser so I put it off for years. When I finally decided to shop around for a laser location, I contacted Romeo & Juliette, and within 10 minutes, the owner Chris called me and answered all of my questions. The office is spotless and feels very clinical while also being welcoming. The front desk staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. The technicians are fantastic - I did the majority of my treatments with Jura who I absolutely loved, and recently worked with Olivia who was incredible in every way! My results have blown me away. After my second session, all the hair in the treated area was completely gone. I started in November 2023, and since then, I have gone on my two-week tropical honeymoon along with dozens of beach days/vacations, all without having to worry about waxing or shaving. It has been a total dream! Every single time I am in a bathing suit, I am so grateful for R&J!!!
