This is the best laser hair removal business in the city. I don’t quite understand what type of magic sorcery they have going on, but my underarms have never looked this great and been this easy to maintain. I get the sense most laser hair removal companies don’t put the effort, precision and skill into their work because they almost want people to not have great results so they have to keep on coming back, that is not the case at Romeo and Juliette. I have been plagued with folliculitis and sensitive under arms my entire life, only able to wax and had to let everything grow back in between waxes and I can confidently say this summer, I will not have that issue. Thank you! And even though I live on the West Coast, I will only get laser hair removal done at this business. Guess I need to plan another trip to New York.

They are so helpful, kind, patient, and even though I leave with my face on fire I feel 5x better. Super inclusive & LGTQ friendly (especially for the dolls) - 10/10 would recommend!

The best part of this experience (other than the fact that is feels like a Spa and all the equipment is state of the art) is that it actually works. When I used to wax - it was a painful treatment evert 3 to 4 weeks. I haven't needed a touch-up in more than six months!!! Amazing! Thank you.

Amazing place. Clear, comfortable. Everything is state-of-the-art. Got a package deal which made things more affordable. And best part - it works! Haven't needed to go back now for 6+ months. Much much better than the every 3 week wax sessions - that hurt more and last less.

I’ve been going to Romeo and Juliette for laser hair removal, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly—they made me feel comfortable from my very first visit. The clinic is clean, modern, and always runs on time, which I really appreciate. What makes each and every visit so special is Ulya’s attention. She takes her time to check the results from the previous visit and adjusts the settings accordingly and I have unbelievably fast results. I started seeing a noticeable difference after just a couple of sessions. They use the most up-to-dated equipment, and I’ve had virtually no irritation or side effects. Romeo & Juliette laser hair removal changed my life. Being of Indian ethnicity (medium brown skin) with PCOS, I've spent decades waxing, plucking shaving, epilating and using hair removal creams. I even tried laser hair removal at other clinics but did not see any long-term results and once I was left scarred on my neck. I'd wasted huge sums of money/ time/ energy on unimpressive results - my skin was left irritated with unsightly dark stubble coming back before long. Fast-forward...after a few rounds of face (including eyebrows) and full body hair removal at R&J, I now look and feel like a natural woman - I never have to worry or think about excess hair ever again and my skin is smooth/ calm! My results are largely permanent or my hair is now so fine that it no longer bothers me. Romeo & Juliette are true experts in their field and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I am a brown skin black woman and I experienced very bad Ingrowns in my bikini area for all of my teenage and young adult years. After getting laser hair removal from Romeo & Julliette, the frequency of my ingrowns slowed down immediately. I'm almost done with my laser hair removal process and the hair in that area already stopped growing.
