What a relief! I am a Critical Care Nurse, and I always do compare and conduct excellent research to find what is best for my patients but this time, it is me, and I needed to show all my research skills. I visited almost every laser center in NYC because I wanted to compare to trust a place that I would not regret. This is the 4th place so far and I LOVED IT. I am a male, wanted my beard to be gone. I have been trying to get rid of it last 2 years and my chin would not give up. Whatever I did and wherever I went, no one could get rid of my shadow until I found out about this place. They have all the laser machines. I didn’t have to ask if they have what I needed. They assessed me and made a treatment plan. (No other place did an assessment). They had the suitable machine and the correct settings for my thick beard. By the second session, they were all gone. I jumped up and down. They made me save my money and my time. I can’t believe there is such a place that specializes only in hair treatments. I am super satisfied. Photos are before the first treatment and 3 weeks after first treatment

I came to Romeo & Juliette Laser Hair Removal having to shave my underarms daily, which was incredibly painful. After just one treatment I was amazed at the results - I went from shaving daily to maybe once a week and with no more ingrown hair! That's after just one session. Now that I've had a few treatments I barely even have to think about my underarms at all. I recently started on my bikini area as well and already notice a difference. I recommend Romeo & Juliette to everyone. Christian and Ulya are the best, they are so kind and caring, and they are experts at laser hair removal. I trust them completely!

I had very bad bumps on the back of my head because of ingrown hairs. I was very unsure on how this issue would have been treated. I went to Romeo & Juliet and they suggested laser hair removal on my head. They treated my particular issue with care and special attention. The staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with the procedure. After several sessions, I started to see improvement with my case. After months of ongoing treatment, my bump issue was finally cured. The laser hair removal worked perfect and my confidence has been restored. I highly recommend this place because of the knowledgeable staff and their kind demeanor.

My experience with Romeo and Juliette was phenomenal! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I had my bikini area done and had amazing results. Will come back for more areas. I highly recommend this place.

I came to get the hair on my chin removed. That's all I needed and all I wanted. And they will not stop trying to sell me upper lip hair removal, which I do not want and do not need. One week: "Do you want to remove the upper lip hair?" (which will totally cost more, though I'm not mentioning that in this dialogue.) "No. Stop asking me." A few weeks later: "Do you want upper lip hair removal?" Do they think that by asking me over and over again, it will force me to stare in the mirror until I convince myself that my non-existence lip hair is actually a problem? First of all, that's incredibly messed up to try and increase women's insecurities for problems that don't exist. Secondly, even if that did happen, there's no way I'd go to them for upper lip hair removal. I'd go some place else. To give them a fair shake, they are doing solid work on the problems that did need fixing and they were very thorough when explaining the detailed process of removing my chin hair. But their upselling is just too much.

This place is spectacular. I left there extremely satisfied and hair free!! The staff are great and I still continue to go. I give 10 stars

Please read the reviews and do not do laser on hormonal areas like your face. My experience caused more hair growth. After spending money and time, this place is a disappointment. Please re train your techs too. Absolutely no excuse. Each visit I had a new tech who had to catch up to speed with what we were treating. Additionally, with each new tech, they had their own way of doing things- one would hold the wand close to my face and the other would hold it far away. This place need re trainings and to also have their clients best interest in mind. Will not recommend this place

Unsuccessful experience. UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER To update everyone and because this center made it seem all my fault, I have attached a photo of my neck. This area I was assured would be super easy to treat and I would see immediate results. After almost 2 years of sessions, the hair is back 4 months after stopping laser. Im back to shaving every week. Another major point was my intolerance for any discomfort. That is a complete lie, the person who wrote this response has never even been in a room with me while having my laser and all technicians can attest that I never once complained about the pain so please no lies. The fact that they are surprised by the review shows how little they know about customer service. A better way to handle this would have been to acknowledge early on that the treatment was not working for me instead of making me paying thousands of dollars over 2 years. GOOD LUCK to you and anyone choosing this place. I had been a customer for almost 2 years starting December 2019, targeting the back and front/back areas for laser treatments. The staff is friendly and accomodating but 6 sessions and 6 follow ups later the hair intensity barely diminished. The center convinced me for another package, following a more intensive (and painful) treatment. 2 sessions in that package, I get a severe reaction to it and dark marks on my neck and arm. Noone follows up on my condition or checks up and the marks take weeks to go away. Noting that I had been a customer for 2 years, always on time and never disrespectful. 2 months after that, the hair is back is most of the areas treated, even the relatively “easy” neck area. I needed to start shaving regularly again. The center took no accountability on that and the only solution proposed was to keep paying and coming in for sessions, that are obviously not working. So consider that before spending 5000$+ for something that doesnt work, even if it looks fancy and professional.
